Welcome back to a New Year!

Welcome back from your Christmas break, we’re well and truly into the New Year now! But we hope you all had a thoroughly delightful time spending precious time with family and friends, eating big meals and relaxing after a busy year.

We’ve only been back just over a short while but already we’ve had some very exciting events:

photo 2A Bat Mitzvah at Louise Blouin Foundation, which was decorated in hot pinks with large poms poms hanging from the ceiling, and a varied selection of food stations being offered. There was the Oriental food station with tempura vegetables, spring rolls, crispy seaweed and teriyaki salmon; then you could move on to the gourmet burger and salad stall. And finally there was the Italian favourites stall which served two different types of pasta with a choice our Head Chef’s secret tomato sauce or a creamy mushroom sauce, then guests could choose their favourite toppings.

A new perfume launch at Icetank with people sipping ice cold champagne or fresh green tea with mint. Being served delicious cold sushi and then yummy salted caramel with dark chocolate marshmallows (a big hit in the office)

1524840_10151824812591965_1484021497_nAnd a beautiful fellow event prof wedding at St Stephen’s in Hampstead – a big hit with the guests was the blini station and vodka bar after the service, delicious salmon and caviar.  For main course each table was served a mouth-watering leg of lamb accompanied by warm and cold salads. The head of each table was given by the Bride and Groom the carving knife and a very fetching apron to carve the leg for the table – lots of hilarious antics ensued after that.

Plus we’re also getting ready and planning for a big year ahead – we’ve been working on a scrumptious Brazillian menu with items like warm Empadinha (Shrimp and coconut pie) or Coxinha (Brazilian Chicken Croquettes with pistachio pesto). Or maybe a cold menu of Bolinhos (salt cod cakes with lime mayo) or caranguejo com pacovão (Crab salad served on plantain).  Do contact us if you would like more information about these menus, or any of our other menus or services.

We’re looking forward to meeting new clients this year, catching up and working with our current clients and having a lot of fun with it! (Obviously working very hard too!)
