Festive times ahead…

The Chefs have been working hard in the kitchen putting together our festive menus for Christmas 2013. Now is the time to start planning your perfect Christmas party, whether it’s an office party or a small private celebration with some of your closest friends we have mouth-watering menus that will get you in the festive mood!

To start maybe a few canapés….

Should you wish to have all the flare of our lovely canapés but without the fuss of having an event, we do offer our delivery service with our festive menus as well.  You could even pass them off as your own should you be doing an event at home, we promise we won’t tell!

Or you could put together a sumptuous dinner with some of our fresh dinner options – here’s an example menu

Starter: Salmon three ways with a spicy avocado ice cream and micro leaf salad

Main: Roast and confit duck with mulled red cabbage, fondant potato and mustard mash

Dessert: Bitter chocolate and chilli tart with Chantilly mascarpone and caramelized Satsuma

To finish: Fairtrade coffee served with mini mince pies and after eight mints

All these have got our mouths watering in the office and we’re looking forward to the winter months and our client’s stupendous events.
